Investigation of the evolutionary relationships between three sympatrically occurring lamprey ecotypes in Loch Lomond, Scotland. We use RADSeq to investigate genetic differentiation and admixture betweeen anadromous parasitic, freshwater-resident parasitic and freshwater-resident non-parasitic ecotypes.
